No matter what I do I cannot get the unread messages to zero. I go through the list and everything is marked as read but there is showing 23 unread

Hi,
We apologize for the inconvenience. It seems a minor bug on the form, and it's not updating the number of unread submissions on the My Form's page.
I have tried to select all the forms on the My Forms page and clicked on the More tab, then select the "Marked All as Read" option:
It looks like that it is now updated on my end. I have also cleared your form cache. Kindly try to login again on your account to verify.
