How customizable are the forms?

How customizable are the forms? I am trying to create a registry for a fun raiser. I looked at the wedding registry but would need to change the background picture. Also since it’s a housewarming I wanted to set it up by room and include photos of the items. Is this possible? Thanks

You can actually create your forms from scratch so you'll decide what fields to be included, then you can set the background colors or images, set the font sizes and more. You can also select from our wide array of themes.

Thanks that was helpful. One thing I don't see in settings in on the Product Order form is a selection for maximum purchases of an item (I do see minimum). We have limited quantities of some items and wan't to be able to say "already purchased" or something similar. Is this an option?
