Emails are not being sent out on submissions.

    We need to change the sender email on all our forms. How can this be done? Emails are not being sent out on new submissions and we need to quickly fix the sender email. We cannot even determine if the current configuration is even working to begin with even though the Settings page said it was working correctly.

    You may set the sender email to noreply@jotform.com or have your email provider Whitelist JotForm IP Addresses and Domains: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-whitelisting-jotform-ip-addresses-and-domains
