Trying to upload CSV in tables but getting an error

I'm trying to try tables to see if it'll work for what I need, yet whenever I try to upload a csv file from my laptop it gives me the attached error? when I try on my iPad it uploads and brings me to a page to map the columns but once I do there's no "next" or continue option? this sucks.

I checked your account but was not able to see it. Did you just change your username?

In any case, kindly try to clear your form cache then completely clear your browser cache.
