Cannot view all submission data when downloaded as PDF

Hi all

I have completed one of my site forms that I use however when I download the form I cannot see my section of site notes. However, I can see it on my email notification when I submit the forms

Yes I was referring to that form

however since arriving at home a using my iPhone the form downloads ok. Just from the PC I had trouble

i will try again from my Pc tomorrow
