form not found error

Hi, Why do I receive the message "Form not found" when I try to publish a form?

I know that this might be caused to sensitive information from the templates, but I am using one of your built-in templates. Thanks.

I have checked two of your forms and I can't seem to replicate the issue at my end.

I sort it out eventually, the issue was that the form was disabled by default. I enabled it and now everithing works fine. Thank you!
