Random form name in browser tab page title

    I started with a template...but then changed the name of my form to Holiday Pie Order 2020.

    It shows up in the tab and link as "T shirt order form"

    Please try updating a 'Page Title' via the form settings. It should fix the issue.

    Settings > Form Settings > Show More Options > Page Title
