Integration with Pipedrive only works sometimes

    I have 7 form submissions but only 4 of them pushed to Pipedrive. Any suggestions?

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. We will be glad to look into the issue you are having. However, we may need you to share with us more details about it so we may perform the necessary test needed to figure out what's causing the issue you are having and resolve it.

    Kindly share with us a screenshot of how the integration in your form is set up so we can set up a cloned version of your form on our end with the same setup.


    May we know if the issue just started to happen without you making any changes to the form? Is it happening randomly or only to submissions that were submitted recently?

    Also, may we know the submission ID of the submissions that were not passed over to your Pipedrive account, please?

    It seems you're right. All fields set must have value as a requirement to trigger the integration. Thus, it won't send to your PipeDrive if any of the connected fields are missing/blank.


    Would it be possible for you to change the Deal Title's connected field? As the score only gets a value when a certain condition is met, I'm afraid the integration won't work 100% in your case. Kindly change it to a field that will always have a value to make sure that every submission will trigger the PipeDrive integration.

    Thanks Sonnyfer, that's what I was thinking. Changed the deal title to another field - if you don't hear back from me then that means it worked. Thank you!
