Auto complete location feature not working

Hello,

My team is currently using JotForm for our Poll Monitoring efforts this election season. Our volunteers are going to be dispatched in two days and we are running into 2 issues that are causing us a particular freak out:

1) The Auto-Complete Location feature is not working and we have tried to fix it but nothing works

2) The Save & Continue button is broken. Recently, we were testing the app and when one of our team members took a phone call, the entire form was erased. Is there something we can do?

I tried to pull up any records of form#202616511740951 and it does not show anything, can you share with us the username, email address, or the Direct Form Link of the form associated with your account so we can check?
