    Can you please help.

We have created a form that is sent via link to a client (client a)for them to complete and then submit back to us.

At almost the same time we then want to issue the same form with just a few changes to its content to another client (client b).

The problem we have is that when client a revisits their form we sent to them first, it is now over written with the context of the form we sent which has been amended for client b.

is there a way we can issue the same form, all be it with slight amendment to several client at the same time, yet the contact is not overwritten with our changes ???

hope this make sense and you can please help - thank you

May we know the form in question? Which fields are overriden?

You may pre-populate the form with client specific details and then send to different clients.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Thanks.
