So, when Tables are created, they are also created into Forms? So does that mean that currently my Do Not Hire tab, if I open that into a form I can then calculate the "form" to auto populate the field when the Interview tab is filled out and the Do Not Hire option is selected?

By "When tables are created" do you mean, when a new tab is created in JotForm Tables or when a new entry is added?
