im trying to send a completed form to people to test and its not working - they are being asked to logon or create an account rather than just being able to open and complete the form

I have checked your form and it seems you have set it to private. Only assignee are able to view private forms by inviting them by email.

Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Bronwyn_RoseReplied on October 30, 2020 at 6:28 PMThanks for this but it still doesn’t seem to be what I’m looking for.
This form for a student enrolment form – it will not work if every potential student has to create a Jotform account to complete it.
How do I send a form so the person who receives it can complete it without an account?

In order for your respondents to access your form without the need of signing up for an account, you must set the access settings of the direct link to your form to "Public". Please refer to the screenshot below for the instructions.
Feel free to let us know if you need any further assistance.
