Why are my fields not been updated in JotForm Tables?

With the new design of the submissions view it is not showing all my fields in the form. The PDF that is generated does not have the fields in the form. The customize PDF does not have the fields. It is like it is using an old version of the form with old fields. This used to work until you changed things. Now I am at a work stoppage because I need to be able to download submissions in PDF form with the current fields, including signatures. Update are supposed to enhance a product, not break it.

I changed the form a couple months ago. And the submissions view was
working fine until your recent changes. Now, the PDF shows the submissions
with the old fields before my changes a couple months ago.

    Hi, @pmcwhorter.

We apologize for this inconvenience. I'm sure we will find a solution here.

Are you facing these issues in all of your forms or just in the Reimbursement Request Form? If yes, please, share with us the link of your forms to investigate further.

With the new design of the submissions view it is not showing all my fields in the form.

Did you change your form recently? If yes, have you received a new submit after these changes? As JotForm Tables is a new feature to manage your submissions, it will update when you receive new submissions.

The same thing should be happening in your PDF; after changing your form, you can open the PDF Editor to update it or open a new PDF document, and it will automatically load the new fields.

    Have a wonderful day 😀✨

Sorry, I am reposting my last answers here. I have deleted it to make some adjustments. I will answer you again soon, give me a few minutes.

I'm sorry, but I was unable to reproduce the same errors. I have cloned your form and submitted it twice. In the screencast below, you can see that all results are shown to me in JotForm Tables.

After creating a new PDF in the PDF Editor (which will render all fields automatically), I could see my two previous submissions. Please, note that if I did not upload a file, it would not appear, as you can see at the end of my screencast.

As shown in my screencast in the last answers, please, update your PDF in the PDF Editor. Make a test submission to your form and check if everything is okay.

Unfortunately, I was not able to see the image you sent us. Can you please send it again? Here' a guide to show you how.

Also, can you please confirm if you tried my recommendations? If yes, please, do a submission test to your form. It would be sufficient to make everything work again.

If this does not automatically update and show your signature, please just create a new tab connected with your form, and it will definitely work. In the screencast, I show you how.
