Hi Maryan,
As I understand, you signed up using Google login method. Could you please kindly reset your account password using that email address by following this guide below:
How to reset JotForm account password
Afterwards, please try to log in using the email address and password, instead of Google sign-in method.
Please give a try and let us know if the issue persists.
