If you don't wish to show all questions on one page, you can create new pages in the classic forms and add specific questions to each page. You can add new pages at the end of each form:

Alternatively, you can use Card forms. Here, you can have only one question per page. This layout has some additional style and animation. However, please note that custom CSS is not supported here, which you need for setting the Arabic language.

After you have created your form, you can use conditional logic to move through the pages (or questions in card forms) depending on the user's answers:
