How to embed videos into the form

I do have another question regarding the embed of videos:

I am searching for a template where I can show my clients a gallery of different video options to select from: So far I just saw the option to upload videos one by the other. But just wanted to make sure I haven't overlooked any great looking template option that works for videos? 

We do have a Youtube widget that you can add in your form to let your form respondents view videos.

Thanks, yes I saw this - but I rather meant a template (e.g. a gallery view
with pictures in rows). I attached you a screenshot of a view I would like
to have. Let me know whether this would be possible with Jotform.
