How do I add a new Project code number or a new account number to our forms? We have a new Project code number that needs to be added.

On the jot form,
We have fields called account number, Description, Dept. Location, Project numbers as well as Fund. I need to add a new project number in the dropdown ? How would I add any number in all of out dropdown menus of accounts?

To clarify: are you looking to add these fields to your form? Or to update them?
I don't currently see any forms on your account, but I assume that you are referring to form 203150952883457? If not, please share the form URL (if applicable) or let us know if you need help setting up the form initially. Here's where-to-find-my-form-url
I made a clone of this form, and noticed that there is not currently any dropdowns on this form.
To add a dropdown:
In the Form Builder, click Add Form Element and then select the Dropdown field in the BASIC tab and drag onto the form. Then, you can customize the field from here and add project numbers or whatever data you wish as dropdown options:
Then, you can repeat the process for whichever other forms you wish. Currently, we do not have the functionality where you can create a dropdown and clone that specific field for each form, although I can open a feature request with our developers in regards to potentially implementing this feature; however, we cannot guarantee that it will be implemented.
Before I open this request, however, can you confirm that this is, indeed, what you are after? If so, we would be happy to open this request on your behalf.
