can you use this to collect files and have them land on account in SalesForce?

Yes, you can collect files by using the file upload field and map it to your Salesforce field. However, please note that the file will not be sent as an attachment since this is not supported on our integration; Instead, the file link should be sent to the field on SalesForce.

Please also make sure that the field on SalesForce accepts URLs or use a sort of "URL" field to capture the link.
