Can I send a condo fee payment to the recipient's bank account through Paypal?

    I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you want to build form where form submitter can send condo fee payment through PayPal?

    Please note that we have direct integration with PayPal. You can add the desired PayPal payment tool in form and then integrate it with your PayPal account. When your users submit a form with payments, it will be sent to your PayPal account.
