    I asked a private question, and I need help from support please. HUGE charge just hit our account and I need help quickly, please.

    I did check your account and found that you have an active silver yearly subscription plan which was renewed on Nov 29, 2020. That is the reason why you were charged $390.     Do you want us to cancel your subscription and downgrade your account to free plan? Please let us know and we will do the needful. We will also process the refund of your last subscription payment as well.
