Jotform file upload size restriction.

Hi there, we want to use Jotform to be able to receive large files, i.e 300MB. Is there a tier of service that would allow our clients to upload such files?

Upon checking, Bronze plan has a total storage space of 10GB, Silver has 100GB and Gold has 1TB. If you will be deleting the uploaded files immediately, then Bronze would be enough. If you will be keeping the file in your storage then you will need a much larger capacity. You may check on Silver or Gold and see which storage space would you need.

I meant to ask about the 10mb size restriction per file, per instance. Is there a way to upgrade to a tier that allows larger file?

Please note that you can set the file size limit on your File Upload field.
