how do I allow multiple attendees per appointment.

I have a bronze membership, and I am following the tutorial to allow multiple bookings per appointment.  Giwever when I click on the advanced option there is not response and all i see is a blank page.

Multiple attendees per appointment can be set by setting the "attendees per appointment" to "Group" and then setting the required number at "Maximum Attendee Per Time Slot".

I noticed that you already have this set for your form (screenshot attached below for reference).
