Turn an appointment request form into a time sheet, at a later date

    Hi,

    You guys are very cluey.

Scenario - a person calls to book a job in, we fill out our appointment request form. This is integrated (love it!!) into Google Calendar and makes an appointment on our calendar.

Now, after the appointment has happened - is there a button we can put on the appointment form to transfer all the customer details over to a job/time sheet rather than reenter?

We don't really want to create the job/time sheet as the appointment is created as it could be 3 weeks before the appointment happens and therefore end up 6o timesheets down our list by the time we get to that job and complete it.

    Does that make sense?

I think if I have to create the job/time sheet at same time as appointment request, I can list my submissions by appointment date order? That I can live with if I have to. Then my question becomes how can I make an appointment request form automatically create a job/time sheet with all the details entered so I don't have to manually reenter?

    :)

    Hi there,

A button on the form may not work. However, using URL parameters to populate a second form is very much possible. It can be done in three ways.

    1. Redirect to the second form using prepopulated URL directly.
    2. Use Hypertext URL(prepopulated URL) on the Thank you page.
    3. Or Hypertext URL in Notification/AutoResponder email

Please check the guide below for a detailed explanation.

Please try the above and if you need our assistance at any stage the please let us know here.
