How can I add a widget that allows others to see who has signed my form?

I have used your site to create a petition which is being distributed to a large audience, however I’d like to add a widget that would display who else has signed this form publicly, ie. “ *name*, *title* of *business name* has signed this form”.

note: Name, Title, and Business name are all field I created using “fill in the blank”

Unfortunately, we do not have a widget that would show that information.

The only way I can think of is to maybe integrate the form with google sheets where the information will be sent to the sheet and to have that sheet shared either by email or as a link within your form.
