Required fields are not set as required in other browsers

    Hello all

    I hope that you are all keeping safe and well!

    I have a form with mandatory fields in it and some of these are not behaving as mandatory fields depending on the type of hardware being used and also the software. It appears that different browsers, Chrome/Edge etc are making the form fields behave in a different manner. One example of this is the T's and C's mandatory field.

    Also one of our fields (Trading Name) which has a drop down is coming up as a large white field when accessed via phone which then means the field cannot be filled in.

    I would appreciate your assistance with this please as we need this form to be keeping the fields mandatory regardless of browser or hardware used.

    Thank you for contacting support.

    I checked your form and found that the fields below are the mandatory/required fields.

    1. Trading Name
    2. Trading postcode
    3. Business ownership type
    4. Contact email
    5. I agree to terms and conditions

    I opened your form in both Chrome(Version 87.0.4280.66) and Edge (Version 87.0.664.52) and both browsers set the five fields above as required.

    Also one of our fields (Trading Name) which has a drop down is coming up as a large white field when accessed via phone which then means the field cannot be filled in.

    As per checking, your Trading Name field is a Short Text field. Thus, it does not have a dropdown list. I opened your form using iPhone 8+ and Samsung Galaxy S20 emulator and I found no issues.

    Could you please send us screenshots reflecting the two issues above? May we also know what device and browser did you use that reflected this issue?
