Hello, I am wondering if a feature is in place for a form user to access the form later to make edits or add information?

    Hi there,

    Happy to help!

You can enable your form users to update their form submissions after they have initially submitted them.

There are two different ways to do this:

    1) Click the SETTINGS tab in the top menu of your form builder. In the FORM SETTINGS tab, click the SHOW MORE OPTIONS button:

Scroll down until you see Allow Submission Editing. Select Enabled from the dropdown, and ensure to check the Add edit link to autoresponder emails.

This should add an {edit_link} field to all of your AutoResponder emails that enables the form user to go back and edit their responses after submission.

    2) To manually add the link in the email (or check to ensure it's been added if you used the method above), click the SETTINGS tab in the top menu of your form builder, then click the EMAILS tab and then click to edit your AutoResponder email(s):

In the AutoResponder email body, choose where you'd like to add the link to allow users to edit their submissions and click the Form Fields dropdown. Select Edit Link to add in the link:
