We have a free account we have been using while we are behind locked doors due to Covid restrictions. How do we clear out the uploaded space to continue to offer an on line application?

To clear out the uploaded space, you should delete submission data. Please be aware that it will delete all the files, so I would recommend you download your submissions first.
