Creating Product Form and Collecting Payments Differently

    i need to build for digital printing site

    can i have a form for each product

    then the user can choose from each product then payment like checkout

    hopefully to get answer soon

    Hello,

    CREATING ONE FORM FOR EACH PRODUCT AND EMBEDDING FORMS

    You can use our Product Form template for your products and add or delete your products as you wish from Payment Settings. And of course, you can have one separate form for each product if you wish. You can embed your forms into your printing site with JotForm. Then your customers can select the product and proceed to payment. Please follow the steps below:

    1- From the "My Forms" page click Create a New Form. You can either choose the Product Form template or you can Start From Scratch up to your choice.

    2- Click the "My Products" section, and "Payment Settings" (the gear button on the right middle). In this menu, you can add or delete products as you wish. Hold your mouse on the product and click the gear button to delete or duplicate your product. And you can customize your product in the same way but clicking the edit product button right next to the gear button.

    3- Again you can go "My Products" section, and "Payment Settings"; then click the gear button which is at the top right of the "Payment Settings", you can arrange the payment types you wish to use.

    4- From the "Publish" tab on the top menu you can embed your forms on your site by clicking the "Embed" section. We have different Embed Options. You can choose whichever convenient. Then click the "Copy Code" button to get the code. Paste the code into your web page where you would like to display it. Also if you prefer you can share them directly via link or platforms by using the Quick Share section.

    CREATING PRODUCT FORM FROM SCRATCH & DIFFERENT PAYMENT OPTIONS

    If you wish to start your Product Form from scratch you can follow these steps:

    1- Click "Create a New Form" from the My Forms page. Choose "Start From Scratch". You can choose both the Classic Form or Card Form.

    2- From the left of the page click "Add Form Element".

    3- Click the "My Products" section. Then click the credit card button at the right middle "Add Payment Integration",

    4- You can choose the gateway option you want from the pop-up screen.

    If you specifically want your payment form to be separate; you can create a Product Form and a Payment Form separately. But please keep in mind that in this case; all of your products should be in one Product Form. Then you should pass the Total Cost data you collected from the Product form to the Payment Form.
