Is it possible to have 2 managers of the account?

Is it possible to have 2 managers of the account? If so, do we have to use the same email and password, or can I set up my apartment manager with her own login?

We don't want to miss a maintenance request. Having a second person
monitoring the form requests is helpful to make sure none fall through the
cracks. It's easy to miss an email.
We'd like to have the app on a cell phone in Cleveland, Ohio, and a cell
phone in San Diego, CA. I'm the owner so I want to oversee the maintenance
requests to make sure they're getting completed. The property is in Ohio.
