Can multiple users collaborate on a form?

Hello, I'm looking at solutions to create an intake form, and one of my requirements is that I am able to have 2 or more users collaborating and adding information to the form prior to its submission. Is this a feature you support?

If you wish to have users who can simply customize the form you may enable to Form Collaboration feature: https://www.jotform.com/help/419-understanding-form-collaboration

However, if editing/deleting submissions, creating form are required, these admin privileges is only possible with our Enterprise plan: https://www.jotform.com/enterprise/
