viewing entire form from archive

Hello,

How do I view a form in its entirety? 

for some reason, i can only see the filled version of the form i created..

I really need to see the whole form with the filled out areas on one sheet..

Hello Matt - I'm not sure if I understood you correctly but here's how-to-view-your-form-submissions. You can also select columns you wish to see on the sheet/table.

If you are, however referring to something else, kindly share some more information so we can point you in the right direction.
