This is the third or fourth time I have tried to ask this question and I haven't seen or received a response. But I see responses to other questions.
Based on what I can read from others my account may be suspended but I have no idea why. My customers are not able to place orders and it is causing huge problems for us right now on our launch weekend!!
I am extremely frustrated. If my account was suspended for some reason, why wasn't a notification sent to out to let me know it was suspended?

When I attempted to log in, it told me my IP address was banned and I had
to submit another request...per the messages here I was told it was
resolved.
Can someone please restore access to my account ASAP!!!!

It appears that my account is now unblocked and I am able to log in. Thank
you.
