Upgrading my older help status (Urgent please)

I had just sent a message asking about why people cannot open my forms, now i see that their link has changed.

The original link was https://form.jotform.com/202170376981053

But now the links has changed to https://form.jotform.com.tr/202170376981053 with the extension (.com.tr) so when people click the older one they cannot reach the form.

I don't know how the extension has changed like this, people have the older link. How can i change it to the older one?
