My apologies for not noticing that my colleague has already responded to another ticket (https://www.jotform.com/answers/2736956) having the same concern. Please note that my suggestion above will only work if you are the owner/creator of the form. If you are not, the option to send back submission data to your email depends entirely on the form's owner. Just like what my colleague has said, if the form's owner has added an Autoresponder, then you will be sent a copy of your submission in your email.
If you have further questions, do not hesitate to contact us again. Thank you.

Cecile,
The form fails on simple form validation and is unfit for purpose of the use case previously mentioned. Poor show for publicly funded services being privatised by govt chumocracy cowboys to the detriment of the end user / tax payer in the UK.
Thanks again.
John

Greetings John.
Can you please clarify? Does Jotform fail the Equalities Act 2010? Can you please let us know on what points does the Jotform fails, and perhaps we are able to provide you with additional information.
Thank you.
