By Default <script src="https://cdn.jotfor.ms/static/prototype.forms.js" type="text/javascript"></script> is preventing my search feature to malfunction. The search button becomes disabled.

As soon as the script above is commented out the search feature works but your forms fails.

My guess is both applications have a call to a button with the same name.

That will not help it will turn off another app. My lead to sale tracking code doesnot support I frame.
