With the 5 form limit - is that only active, published forms? Or all forms ever created?

I understand that you are referring to this account limit of accounts on a free subscription.

The limit refers to the number of "active" forms in your account. The forms that were archived/disabled or deleted/purged will not be counted against your account's Form Count limit. You can disable/delete a form that you are no longer using so you can create a new one.
