Hi, my team uses a function where upon hitting Submit an email is sent to the email address indicated on the form and can be clicked to link to the form such that edits can be after the fact. This is a way to access the form to complete it later given that we often have multiple instances of the same form active and your standard save & return feature would not work for us.
The question is whether only a single email (the administrator's) can work for this, or whether different email addresses could work. As of now, another team member is getting an "access denied" email when she tries to click on the link to re-access the form.
Thanks.

Hi Rose,
Could you please provide the form URL in question? So we can check its settings and provide assistance accordingly.
Thanks

Hi there,
Thank you for the information, you may use the "edit link" on the Form Fields option in your Autoresponder Email instead of the URL that is currently set up:
It should look something like this:
Here is the related guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/40-how-to-let-users-update-their-form-submissions-at-a-later-date
I hope that helps.
Best.
