Check account payment

    Hi, we added c/card details but and pressed submit and it seemed like it just hung on that screen but submitted the payment and then nothing happened - we did this twice so want to check if the payment was received and if it was received twice for the $234 silver package? If not, there must be something wrong with your payment gateway.

    Please urgently advise.

    I did check your account, and you are currently subscribed to SILVER. No duplicate charges were made.

    You should be able to check this information from your account's billing page as well.
