Here's is the previous messages from a ticket - so I'm just trying to get a quicker response as noted by Vanessa.
She says that by creating a new email notification the input fields will appear and they do not - it still just comes up with one summed up number instead of it broken down into each field.
Hello Lisa,
Apologies for the confusion. It seems that you have customized your email templates then made some changes on your form, hence the changes on your form did not reflect on the email which is causing some info not to be displayed.
Kindly delete your current autoresponder and notification emails then create new ones. By default, it will then have all the user input fields on your email.

Meanwhile, for urgent queries, the best way to contact us is thru our Support System since the Support Team is available 24/7. Depending on the number of tickets we receive at the time of your post, you will be responded to within minutes or a few hours.
Best regards,

We also tried to utilize the directions you provided and it did not work either. Can one of your support people please go into our account and fix it accordingly so the information displays in the email correctly. Thank you very much for your speedy assistance.

Dear Lisa,
The images I included in my previous email are to illustrate the process for you to manually add the text on the Paragraph field to the email notification template, so then the text will show on the email notification.
You may refer to the following guidelines: https://www.jotform.com/help/430-how-to-edit-the-email-template-for-notifications-and-autoresponders.
Let us know if we can further assist you.
Best Regards.

Hi Aury,
I’m not sure I’m understanding. Here’s what I see when I do what you are suggesting. Why would I want to merge the cells? I want each number to be shown in the input and right now they are not – it’s just showing up as one number - total

Dear Lisa,
Please note that Paragraph fields must be manually added to the email notification template or autoresponder, as shown below:
Display your form in the form editor, go to Settings > Emails > Notification, add a row:
After a row is added, you can Merge the cells:
After that, just copy and paste the text on the row. Do not forget to Save when done.
Let us know if we can further assist you.
Kind regards.
Aury.

AMT created a form where people submitted their information in a table that autocalculates but when it is submitted it just shows up as a bulk number instead of in each category that is listed. See the sample of the email below. When I download the report it is there but we’d like to have the emails that go back to the submitter and to us include those categories. The form is called CCP Attestation Form and it is for the American Medical Technologists.

This just came in. I don’t see the attestation blocks so that the information can be added to PV. Is it supposed to be there? Are we just supposed to go with the total?

My understanding is that you want the input table named POINT CALCULATIONS to be included in the email. If so, I can see it's not added to the email content. You should either manually add the field there or create a new email template:
So the result would be like this:
