Not receiving emails

    I am not receiving emails to reset my password. I've tried several times and looked in my spam folder.

    Thank you for contacting JotForm Support, we do apologize for the inconvenience that you have experienced.

    After checking our records, I was not able to find any active accounts associated with the email address you have shared with us. However, upon checking the tables page that you shared, I was able to find the account under the username mayganpark.

    Please note that the account mayganpark uses a different email address than the one you have shared here in this support ticket. If you want to reset the account password, you will need to use the exact email address saved on the account to request the password reset link. If the incorrect email address is used, then the password reset link will not send.

    Thank you for the update.

    Unfortunately, our records show that you have not requested any password reset links using the email address mayganpark@yahoo.com.

    However, I have gone ahead and requested the password reset email from my end for you. Can you kindly check your email again and let us know if you have received it?

    Hello Maygan,

    You are receiving these emails at your email address forgoodnesscakes.mp@gmail.com because that is the email you have entered into this support ticket information. Therefore, all responses to this ticket will send to that email address.

    For that reason, I was not able to find your account using the email address you shared. I had to use the link to your Tables page to locate the form and account of mayganpark.

    However, I went ahead and reset the email address on your account and reset the email verification link. Please check your email and use the verification link to verify the email address again. Once that is done, you can go ahead and request the password reset link again and this time it should send successfully.

    Please give this a try and let us know if any further issues occur. We look forward to your response.

    The email verification was sent to your mayganpark@yahoo.com email address.

    As you can see in the screenshot above, the email as sent to mayganpark@yahoo.com today Dec 14th at 17:03

    Please review your email again and check the spam/junk folders
