Change username and CC payment - my assistant has stepped down. I need to add the business card for payment.

As checked, your account uses Paypal to pay for its subscriptions. To proceed with your request in changing the username of the account, the subscription should be canceled first. Please refer to this guide on how-to-cancel-a-paypal-subscription.

Once done, inform us here so we could switch the account back to FREE and process a refund. Mention as well 3 usernames in order of preference, and we'll be using the first available one.

Spaces and special characters are not allowed, but you can use an underscore.

Please note that if you are using custom URLs for your forms, it will no longer work once the username is changed. You need to create new custom URLs with your new username. You can check this guide: How to Create a Custom URL of a Form

As soon as the username is changed you can then re-upgrade to the same Bronze monthly, but instead of PayPal, use the credit card to pay for the subscription.
