I need help understand what we had and what happen to our basic account?

    I need help understand what we had and what happen to our basic account? We used to have 20 forms avaiable and now only to 5 forms. Now it is stating we have a limit of submission but doesn't provide #. I just submitted anouther survey and I don't want this to hang up my submisison. Thanks.

    Hello Sandy,

    As I have verified, your account is currently in the Free plan that's the reason why you have a limit of 5 forms. You can view your limits and current plan type on the My Account page through the Usage tab: JotForm · My Account

    It seems that your Bronze subscriptionhas ended you can upgrade your account again to your preferred plan to prevent getting over limit notification and lose data: How-to-upgrade-my-account
