I am trying to reset my password and every time I click on the link in the email sent to me a I get this error:
Reset code expiredPassword reset code has expired. Please issue a reset request again.

Are you immediately, clicking on the reset link to change the password? If not, please note that the password reset link may expire if not checked for a long time.
