Are there Form Analytics for tracking link clicks?

we want to purchase an account but was wondering if theres a way to track page clicks?

Depending on what kind of clicks you'd like to track, we have certain widget to track form submissions whether you prefer to use Google Analytics or Zuko (Formisimo). 

You could also use a UTM parameter tracking link to track clicks on the form itself.
