Submission download url expiry

When a form has an upload file field, the submission creates a download URL to get these files. How long is this URL good for?

In Other words, How long do we have to download the files that are uploaded from the person submitting the form?

Hi there - The link to download the uploaded files does not expire. It's good as long as your form and account are active.

"One other question. I have noticed that if I am not logged into jotform in the browser I can not access the URL created for the uploaded files. Is there a way to make these URLs available for anyone?"
