Date Field Picker Not Working

    Hi. I have a room change form that the date picker wasn't working. I had a widget and some other fields changed in my wedding application form too but right now I am working with the room change form. Because things have changed I just deleted and tried to go with a basic date picker assuming it would be less glichy but now it is not working at all. Please help!
