Help! My registration form is gone!

Hi,

I created a registration form yesterday and sent it out to a lot of people. When I logged back in to JotForm later I can't see my registration form anywhere, it's just gone! Here's the link to the form: https://form.jotform.com/203503900323138

I contacted JotForm about this yesterday and got a response that everything appears in order, but when I logged out, closed everything down and opened it back up, I still can't see my form. Please help! These older ones are what I see:

If you're referring what's the form name for the Page URL above, You can log in to your account.

For Page URL https://form.jotform.com/203503900323138 in your forms, it is named Conference Registration Form with Payment

 "I still can't see my form" -- Do you mean that you can't see the submission data?

As my colleague mentioned here, to access the submissions received on the form, you can use Jotform Tables.
