Submit button will not work

    Hello. I built a new form and when I test to hit submit under it will not go through. I have tried multiple times and my other forms work. Can you look into this for me?

    Hello Monica,

    I have checked and cloned your form, but I can't seem to replicate the issue on the cloned form as I can submit it, and it shows the Thank You page:


    Are you showing any errors when you submit your form? Can you provide us with a screenshot to further investigate it on our end? Can we also make a test submission on your form?

    Hi KrisLei,

    I do not show an error when submitting the form. I receive a please wait but I left it running a few times today for about 10 minutes and it will not process. I used this link and tried it on Chrome and Microsoft Edge. You can run a test submission if needed.

    Could you please disable the ENcryption and then test it to see how it goes without encryption.

    Then re-enable the encryption by selecting the option to create encryption keys for me:
