I recently decided not to carry on with my Silver subscription on JotForm, however I found my account already downgraded to the 500 maximum storage limit?
I was under the impression that I would have full access to my silver subscription until the downgrade scheduled on January 14th, 2021. How can I get my full submissions restored until the downgrade?

I restored your Submission Storage, please check it again and let us know if the issue still persists.
