After i submit my form from Word Press it just sits and says WAIT

How do i set up a permanent email address to send to when the submit button is pressed. After filling out the form on WP I submit it just sits there and says WAIT

Staying on the Jotform page the email is sent with the form contents ok using the submit button.

I am using Word PRESS.

Ok, i found what I was doing wrong. I used the wrong embed code

and ok on changing the email with your suggestion
